Cam Peak is covered in bluebells at the moment.
Photos give you an idea of how it looks but they don’t convey just how amazing it is to be standing or sitting on the hillside surrounded by them.
It’s not just the colour, they also smell incredible.
There’s a small car park near the peak for those that don’t want to or can’t walk far.
If you’re fit you can walk to it from the car park at Uley Bury. Drop down the Cotswold Way path then head up to the top of Cam Long Down.
Cam Peak is at the Dursley end of the Long Down. The views are great but the paths are steep.
