This is a little unusual for Nailsworth as most protesting or ‘demos’ take place in Stroud which has a long history of it.
This took place on the 15th May 2025 in response to the never ending atrocities in Gaza. A large group of people with placards gathered on the corner of George Street by the memorial clock.
There was a lot of tooting of car horns, hopefully in support of the group. I didn’t get many photos as it was ending as I got there.
The big red banner is for the Nailsworth festival.
