
The first snow of any significance (but not much) arrived last night leaving a deep covering of a few mm depending on where you measured it and where you were.
Enough to look pretty although there were a few accidents from slippery hills. I took the following photos at about 8:30am. It had melted by mid morning.
This bucks the trend of the last couple of years where it often snows just before or after Christmas.
The rest of the week should be a little milder before more cold weather arrives.


There was also a nice bright moon!
