Keith Allen and Tamzin Malleson have turned a former chippy at the top of Stroud into an American style diner.
For some reason it caused me to remember the brightly lit cafe by the sub rooms some 45 or so years ago that I think was where Parkers the estate agents are now. I seem to remember that having a lot of Americal style neon, or was it just nasty strip lighting! That was such a long time ago local history appears to have forgotten about it.
That incredibly ancient diversion aside, it will be interesting to see how it pans out, even though the few comments on the SNJ website aren’t that favourable. But they are mostly in response to his big political banner on the end of the Twisted FX building from just before the election!
